I am Michelle Goodridge the Founder of this amazing community of professional women in the real estate industry.
I have worked for over 23 years in the international real estate franchising sector and I am passionate about working with women in real estate to create a community where we will all come together inspire and motivate each other to be the best versions of ourselves.
I believe a career in real estate, for women is an opportunity to change the trajectory of their lives.
Working with the Chairman, President and Co-Founders of RE/MAX INTEGRA Group of Companies and RE/MAX Europe, the largest sub master franchisors under the RE/MAX umbrella, operating in five Canadian provinces, nine U.S. states and all 34 countries in Europe and the Middle East is where I gained my global experience and network relationships.
I am also an international speaker and have spoken at various real estate conventions around the world, moderated Women’s Leadership Panels and was a panelist on the TRREB 100, Women in Real Estate Task Force Event.
During my tenure with RE/MAX, I was the co-founder of R.E.A.L. – RE/MAX Empowering Ambitious Ladies, a global community of women supporting and challenging women to be the best versions of themselves. This group was the catalyst for launching REAL MG – Real Estate Empowers Ambitious Ladies Management Group a membership-based business, which allows for all women in the real estate industry, regardless of brand, to participate in this evolving movement.
I believe that a career in real estate is a rewarding choice both professionally and personally for all. It gives everyone, especially women, an equal opportunity to change their lives for the better. I am also committed to bringing women in the real estate industry together to create a global community where they can discuss their challenges and celebrate their successes in an open, safe environment with no judgement, just honest, genuine support, encouragement and mentoring.
As part of REAL MG, I also provide real estate consulting and a platform for women investing in real estate to create wealth, something I am very passionate about and practicing myself.

Each month we will focus on a new and exciting topic so that your entire year is filled with access to women and ideas that will help build you up.
